iso\image files

hi does anybody know how to make an iso image? i have a program called nero that can only make .nrg images that do not work with epsxe. is there a freeware program that i can get off the web that will make good iso images?
i would aprecciate the help. :)

i think you can make them with isobuster or winiso... do a search of these forums im sure there was a guide somewhere to making iso files :)
