ok heres whats happening.
Some games run way too fast and others way too slow. I have to have different FPS settings for virtually every game (is there a tool thats helps with this?), 40fps for ISS98, 30 for MGS, and 60 for Tekken 3.
Is this the norm?
BTW, i live in the UK and have the latest versions of everything.I tried running them at 50fps, as suggested, but iss and mgs (maybe a konami thing, i dunno?) run waaaay too fast, and tekken too slow (maybe its right, but it seems better at 60fps).
