i have this pb with Psxeven 0.17 can anyone help me ?
A second pb is that the intro of the game loop (Start menu / Intro / Start Menu / Intro) etc

Try turning off scanlines in the graphics plugin settings.

and if you're using Pete's Gpu's, try enabling full desktop mode switch. :)
