Final Fantasy VIII for PC is one of the best on PC platform. The game worked great with my old Geforce 1. Since updating to Geforce 4 Ti 4600, the game runs with many graphic glitches. I have reported this problem to Square Soft but they no longer support this game. And the patch which is provided in Support website is just a fix-up for Sound bugs not Graphic bugs. Can any game master here give me some solution to fix this annoying problem? Thanks.

hi there. i also have a GF card and i see strange lines ingame. i heard there is patch specially for GF cards. if that one doesn't help - there is no hope. you have to play it how it is (not so bad) or get another graphic card

thx man. I'm still downloading it. But the thing that I don't understand why Square Soft doesn't even have an official Support Web Site so we can download patches.

because they are lazy and have poor site designers, that's probably the main reason. either that or they dont really stand behind their PC ports....only in them as a cash cow.
