how do i set up my pcsx?

It may sound stupid, but I really have no idea how to set up my pcsx emulator. I read the ReadMe file with it, and I was even more lost. If anyone could please tell me what I'm supposed to do, I'd really like to start playing MegaMan 8 and FF7.

You should be able to just unzip the file to a directory and then install any plugins you want to the included directory. If you have a BIOS image, you may put it in the BIOS directory too and have it emulated (or alternatively use the built-in BIOS).

Configuring the plugins that work best for you is beyond the scope of this, but Peops/Pete's plugins are popular choices.
