FF9 crashing...

Ok, during the course of playing FF9 I have reached Clerya. I go through that little scene right after you enter the whirlwind, but the scene after that on three machines running Win2k have come up giving me a w2k buffer error...

Has anyone run into this and fixed it?

Are you using savestates? This is a well known savestate abuse problem.. Use an iso of the game..
