just upgraded to slackware 9.1, ran vba 1.6a in a terminal and tried different roms, none of them were able to give me good sound output
i have tried other versions, same problem, never had a problem with 9.0
i am thinking that it is a problem with alsa, because i get an error message about alsa /dev/sn/pn####: permission denied
tried running it as root, boy, what a mistake...
has anyone else been able to run vba in slack 9.1?
