If you're going to gloat about it, you could at least expand the "compatibility status" column. :)

well so far donkey kong runs better with no problems with timing,sf rush 2049 now runs great and can be played without sound now and the sound has improved a bit although seemed to lag a little. The beta comes with schibo's own sound plugin and rice's daedalus5.2.0 gfx which so far i haven't tryed it.

yea......expanding the compatability list would be nice......

September 27th, 2003, 10:43
what do you mean expand the compatibility list, the first one is of the top games, the second one is showing the rest of them.

Fo example: If a game does not work, I want to see why.
dukenukem
September 27th, 2003, 11:26
well this beta leaves the screen like that because i looked at 19640.8.5 and the status screen tells why a game's not supported and you can see it but on the beta your not able to see it,don't know why though.

i am proud to say that mario golf is now working with out gfx errors thanks to a patch release for the beta, also schibo has put up a secret private forum for beta testers and seems there are alot of responses coming in,the bugs should get squashed alittle faster now.

Thanks for truble :)

September 28th, 2003, 13:35
well i get between 20-60vis on games but ranges greatly,so far most games that ran slow for me are now running faster like golden eye, wrestlemania 2000,rush2049.I can't give an exact estimate because i have between50-99 roms and it's hard to give exact estimates.

Care to do me a favor so that I can ensure my tool will be compatible with this upcoming version of 1964, dukenukem?
I need you to check in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software and tell me what comes after 1964emu_###. (fill in the numbers)
I'm guessing it'll be 099, but I just want to make sure.
I hate how N64 emulators don't follow any sort of standards and I have to update with each new version like this. :(
