How would you rate a Jetway Wonder 6000 Geforce 2 Mx Accelerator Grahics card? Say out of 10?

I've never heard of Jetway Wonder... Is that the company name, or the model of card? In general, Geforce2 MX's are awesome cards, but you'd probably want to know how much VRAM it has, what speed the RAM & core are clocked at (Some manufacturers underclock or overclock them). And, of course, what you're already doing, asking others who might have tried that card. Although, unless the price is REALLY low, I'd recommend going with one of the manufacturers that are tried and true, such as Elsas, ASUS, etc...

well i own one (geforce 2 mx) , its assembled in china .
from (mentor ) a name i never heared of its model no. is GP6100T
its 32 MB ram working at a clock speed 165 mhz or some thing around this number the ramdac is 350 mhz (256 bit).
actually i think that it gives me all the power i need from a 3d card
its fantastic at 32bit in pc games and epsxe wile fsaa is running at the full at a 800 x 600 resolution (i havent tested it well enough with with 32 bit 1024x768 on epsxe but on the pc games it ran at about 56 fps .its really gourgeous .i would recommend it for who need a high performance and low coast card .

Oh, I didn't mean to imply that all no-name brands of the MX's would be bad. In fact, their track record is probably about as good as the name-brand ones. However, if it was a choice, I would always go with the name-brand one. At least that way, if something DOES go wrong, I know exactly where to turn for help... If you go with a no-name brand, finding any support at all may be difficult.

Hrm, that's about $98 USD. I realize that prices may differ from one country to another, but here you can easily get an ASUS, Elsa, or Guillemot Geforce2 MX card (All brand-names that many people vouch for), for $85-$90 USD (About $155-$165 Singapore Dollars). Again, while they're not guaranteed to be any better, I've always felt better about buying one, unless the price of the the off-brand one was quite a bit cheaper. Considering the price difference between the Jetway and the name-brand ones in the US, I would think you could probably find a name-brand card in Singapore for at least the same price, if not cheaper than the Jetway.
