the little button above "insert" called "print screen"
then go into paint or whatever, and do edit: paste

If you're using an emu that uses plugins, then use either Pete's or Lewpy's GPUs and press F8 while playing. This saves a .bmp screenshot to the snap folder in your emu's main folder.
