Can someone please spell out how to burn/use the Dreamcast PCSX?

i was following the readme file right up until it got to the dcload, which uses the broadband connection, so help would be greatly appreciated. :hdbash:

Ok. It depends. There are two versions out. One version is a release done by SSJ4Goku128. That's based on ver. 1.4, and 1.3a is done by Mark.

i havent even come across the 1.4 version, the one i was asking about would be the 1.3a.
