Error with Peops CDR

If I have Peops CDR 1.4 in the plugins directory, then open Advanced option, PSXeven will crash as soon as I click on the Plugin Manager tab.

No problem when I move peops cdr away. But is it just me, or is it a common bug?

hmm, it's a bit more complicated.
to duplicate the error, I had to run ISO Producer (by JNS) first. Only then I run PSXeven it crashes on that tab.
It is Poeps CDR 1.4 and under WinME

*update* oops sorry it had nothing to do with another program. After reboot, the first time I open that window it is ok, no error (the selection is on cdrXeven, but cdrPeops is shown in the list as well). Then I close everything, run PSXeven again and open that tab, then I get the error.
