JK2 is a great one and AvP2 i have but online is just not fun at all...anyone who is predator is pretty sure to win and any marine is sure to get raped...

really simple,there are 2 PC's in our house,mine and my dads....mine doesnt have internet but is very superiour to the one of my dad,but my dad's pc does have internet BUT!!!he does not allow me to install any games or programs on his PC,becuz he says a PC isnt made to play games.....or to chat with programs called MSN....now,we do have a LAN connection so all my dad would have to do is to get a router,I have said this a million times but he doesnt want it becuz he thinks it would lower my grades and that they wouldnt have any control over me anymore BLABLABLA....you get the picture....oh,ya and did I say that my dad is a PC expert so it is quite impossible for me to do anything sneeky....

yea...i have most of em too...my neverwinter nights cd's and diablo 2's dont work well though...but all i need is a working play disk which i can borrow from a friend and it will work...the rest of my cd's install but play kinda freezes whenever i laod up the game...and take out tribes because im the only one who said that and even though its a great game and cheap...some systems wont be able to run it... and not many popel ahve tribes 2 (i dont have original tribes)

im not sure if it was in a bundle, i did play it before though and it was mainly huge armies marching at each other, sorta reminded me of the myth series cept a bit more complex, i didnt really like it though

I liked it myself as the battles were on such an epic scape, and you actualy had to use tactics. It was none of this special moves palarky you saw in Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat , and Dark Omen. Non of this zerg rushing you see in Starcraft. It's not about how fast you push the buttons, but how well you position and manover your troops.

i'm not too fond of the large scale strategy games, but i also don't like the rushed battles of star/warcraft games.

starcraft is the most balanced rts of all time, people who still get zergling rushed are the one's who doesnt scout at the start of the game ( and blizzard already corrected that cheap move by upping up the resource on it) it's not how fast you push the buttons its about timing, macro and micro

then you havent been playing long enough since there are no particular strategies you have to use, atleast not for protoss

its true, i havent played for a good 2 years, but when i did, it was always the same thing. everyone used the same tactic, including the AI. the only difference was which side you used, which in many cases was the same too, if you were trying to "master" a specific race.

usually zerg use hydralisks, guardians, or mutalisks, or combinations of those but ive seen variations of those guys too,
terrans usually use battle cruisers, wraiths, ghost nukers, as well as combinations of those, but ive seen people successfully use goliaths marines firebats and medics as well
now, for protoss, there is no limit to what they can do, in a game against 7 pcs i usually just get carriers or arkons/dts but when you play with people you usually need some extra strategy, you can use zealots, dragoons, reavers (very good against ground) dts, arks, templars, corsairs, scouts, and carriers supported with arbiters all very well... i usually make a few shuttles with reavers/dts/arkons, a couple carriers, 2 arbiters, and about 8 high templars who just stay back for my base's defence (if you ever play a zerg player who uses mutalisks you'll know why) there's many ways to play with the protoss, you just need to experiment ;)
