Hi, I'm relatively new to epsxe and I only use it to play a few games, but I was wondering how to use the logitech wingman rumblepad (apart from configuration, since I've done that). I have no idea how to make the pad actually "rumble", you know, the configs on the side for setting force feedback?!! Please, some help would be really appreciated. :)

I have both my settings set to constant. You also have to have the pad conf set to digital/analog for rumble to work. Also, you can set you pad's rumble % to 150% it is in control panel under game devices. Once you are in there you should be able to find it ok. W/rumble set at 150%, boy does that pad rumble! I have one also and I love it.;)
