Championship Manager...help...

hi guys...I want to ask about Championship Manager...anybody play it?

If somebody plays, please help me:

My players' condition always below 100% How can I handle this?
I've put their fitness training to "heavy" and the other to "medium" but still it can't help...So, any suggestions?

Try www.gamefaqs.com for detailded info , but as far as i remember don't use the playeres on all games , make 2 teams in your team .
