slooow! glide64

is glide64 tooo slow? or its just my old pc? well u know with my sys specs i can run at full speed games with uhle and with 1964 (d3d) at decent speed but with glide64 its completely slooooow....

With your Voodoo 5 5500 AGP (great card isn't it?) you should have no problems (your processor might cause a bit of slowdown, but with Glide it should run at full tilt)

What drievrs are you using? Since you have only one video card plugged I would seriously recommend that you go to www.voodoofiles.com and search for
"Amigamerlin"
And then Download, and install the 2.5 Amigamerlin Special Edition drivers that you will find. They are VERY fast and have great tools also, providing semi-full D3D 8 support. For one-card systems they are the BEST drivers available (3DH is better for multi-card systems, Amigamerlin does some weird registry stuff that causes conflicts w/two cards/moniters)

That should completely fix your speed problems (also, what games are you trying to run, and what level of FSAA is enabled? high level filtration on some games will lag like mad)
