I use PJ64 with plugins specified in my signature below...but I get a terrrrrible frame rate...just like bullet time...very slow...how come?

What happens when you use 1964 or Nemu64? (I don't have the game in ROM format, so I can't really speak from experience)
Also, did you ever get Glide64 + evoodoo working (I rememeber you were having some problems)? It is a very fast alternative.

I'm using the same plugins and emulator (PJ 1.5 Jabo's D3D7 1.4, Jabo's DSound 1.5) and I get 60 FPS.
This must be a CPU demanding game I guess.
See the PJ64 User Manual and go to Troubleshooting > Speed to get tips on how to increase the speed of your emulator.

Well, I also used 1964+Azimer 0.30(old)+Jabo D3D6 1.5 (as recommended by emu-expert Rice) but still like that. Well, for Glide64, I don't bother to use it, since I don't have Voodoo card.
