I don't know a THING about your video card. But I CAN probably help ;) .
Do a search in windows for
DXDIAG
(copy and paste that if need be)
and then run the .exe that pops up. It will tell you if your card is D3D 6 complient, if it is than Jabo's D3D 6 video plug (the one you're trying to use) SHOULd work fine and the problem isn't your video card. Please post again here with theresults of this. Also, what version of DirectX are you using? (DXDIAG should tell you)
As always said here, try updating your video card drivers.

It tells me that I can use Direct 3d. Than whats the problem with the plugin, cause I think is the best plugin out there. Also I found out that the games that are bigger than 9 mb are the ones that freeze. If you have an answer help than. Thanks

as Chrono says; might not be the best card ever, but it should work normally AFAIK..

The problem definetely isn't the rest of your system, its gotta be your Graphics card. Those games that you mentioned, some should run slowly, but they all should run fine without crashing.
Do you experience problems with any games (or emulators) besides the ones you have mentioned here?
Also, if all else fails, go to your local computer store, and buy a new video card. (you can get a GeForce 2 MX 400 like me for about $30). If your card uses a PCI slot then it will be even cheaper. It sounds like a lame-ass soloution, but might be the best idea (definetely the easiest).
If you don't want to do that, Download TR64 OpenGL, and the newest Daedalus plugin (available from www.ngemu.com/n64 ) and run the games with that. Tell us if they crash when being run by these two also (this lets us determine whether it is a D3D only problem, a ROM problem, or just a video card-in-general problem).
Good Luck.
Take Care. :)

what emu do you run super smash bros on then? I thought that game had quite some sound skipping on slower computers (in project 64)

To fix the sound skipping use Azimer's Audio 0.30 (the older one) and NOT Jabo's Directsound. Also, for some reason LLE-plugins don't work with SSB at all.
Also, the 2D images are slightly messed up when the game is being emulated, I don't think that this can be fixed, and it really ruins the game for me (the 3D stuff is filtered and has 4 sample FSAA on, the 2D is chunky and pixelated due to the high resoloution...).

Its me again and I found out something I used the TR64 plugin and some games run fine and my Computer doesnt freeze with this plugin. The only thing its that not all the games run. I can run know SmashBros, but Yoshis story wont run Kirby either. many games that work at least at the intro and stop workin with the TR64 plugin doesnt even start.

O.K., thats normal... It seems to indicate that your video card has a D3D problem. Try looking up some info on your card and see what you can find.
Please also try out the Daedalus plugin, and also try out Glide64 0.41 with evoodoo (I believe that evoodoo emulates Glide through OpenGL, although I'm not sure and am only guessing)
There is a thread 'evoodoo how to' somewhere around here that will tell you how to get evoodoo and Glide64 working.
Report back with more results, and good luck ;)
Take care
EDIT: saw your newest post. I don't think that there is a new Nume INI, although I could be wrong. Really, you should be using 1964 or Project 64 untill you get these games working and get a good plugin combination going.

How does the glide64 work cause the PJ64 doesnt read it.
It give me the next error:
Error loding plugin/ glide64.dll

You need a Glide based video card or a Glide wrapper.
ragde

Where do I have to put the glide wrapper
Kane
May 23rd, 2003, 17:35
Either in the %systemroot%\System or in the application which you are using's directory.

ragde
May 23rd, 2003, 17:49
XGL2004a. I have a quiestion on the last post Lord Kane on where I should put the Wrapper where exactly do I have to put the wrapper. Do I have to put it where the emulator is or on the plugin folder
Kane

use eVoodoo. It contains instructions on how to use it, and is far superior to any other wrapper out.

I download it but it doesnt have the instructions Lord Kane
