I realized during playing Zelda at certain places, using D3D7 doesn't give me the beautiful sun-ray I get from D3D6???
Well anyway, can anyone tell me which GPU is the best for the following games:
Banjo Kazooie
Beetle Adventure Racing
Duke Nukem 64
F-Zero X
Goldeneye
Mario 64
Ogre Battle 64
Perfect Dark
Super Smash Bros
Star Fox 64
Zelda Ocarina of Time
Zelda Majora's Mask
WaveRace 64
and any other games u might want to mention...:eyespin:

I believe the best you can try is Jabo D3D6 v1.5 and D3D7 v1.4
Those two are the best plugins around , but compability sometimes vary between one game and another

Jaobo's plugins are the best with PJ 64, but in some cases, Rice's Daedalus is better. If you want almost perfect emulation on almost every game, Use NEMU64. It lacks the options, but the compatability is there.

Navilink:
Your best bet (and what I do) is to just get every plugin you can find, messa around and find out which ones work best on your system for each individual game, and then use them accordingly. Using the same Graphics (And Sound also) Plugins on all of your games will not get you the best results possible, you have to use a configuration unique to each game that provides best results. As an example, here is a list of a few 'common' games that I have that work fairly well with different plugin sets:

By trying different plugins out you will definetely find the best configurations and get the most enjoyment out of your games.

Cripes.
Are you asking for a fight? Is there a reason why you hate N64-emulation enthusiasts in particular? You didn't mention PSX-emulation enthusiasts, we're dealing with the same moral issues here.
Also, if thats the way you think then why the hell are you part of a forum dedicated to emulation?
Plus, when did I ever say that I don't own my games? Did I ever say that I downloaded them all? How do you know that I don't own all of my f)cking games and that I flashed them all myself?
You try buying N64 games these days, they are hard to find in non-online stores and the selection is extremely limited.
If you hate US all so much than maybe you shouldn't even read this part of the forum.

Watch your mouth, was i even talking to you, its pretty obvious that the guy doesnt own these games and he was even asking for commercial dc emualtors, that guy is trying to downlaod everything from the net, he doesnt have one single game.
And most people like Kane and Shiori own these games, this isnt a freakin rom board, its all about the emulator you freakin noob. Wanna talk about roms, go sumwhere else, youre not the veteran here so shut up and watch your mouth.
And dont you dare tell me that you cant find n64 games in Ontario, theyre for sale everywhere in freakin Quebec.

Listen, we don't assume anyone is downloading the roms unless they specifically say, "downloaded roms" or hint at it.. Just like in psx emulation questions.. We don't assume they get their psx games illegally when they ask for configurations of psx emus and their psx games..
We don't want people coming in here and talk about downloaded psx/n64 games, but we don't want people to be afraid of coming here for help with the emulators for em either..

I know that I'm not "the veteran" here, but is that any reason for me not to try and help people with what little knowledge that I do have (I don't see you trying to help out very often on this part of the forum)? Who cares how long I've been a part of these forums, or how much input I've given? I do my best to contribute to these forums and that should be enough for anyone, including a long-time member like you who should have realized such a thing by now.
I view emulation as a hobby, not as a way to play a bunch of free games that I should be paying for.
I should watch my mouth, you're right, I am way to hot headed and agressive when someone makes me upset.
I know that this isn't a 'freakin rom board'. I do not use it as such.
I cannot find all N64 games in Ontario, I have looked extensively and am only able to get common games from even well-stocked used game stores like EB. Rarer games like "Rocket Robot on Wheels" are not available easily ANYWHERE.
Please don't take offense from my first post or hold a grudge on this petty argument. As I said above, I need to be more careful with my language and not take things so seriously.
Thank you for reading all of this.

finally, navilink has come back (pardon the pun). well well, ok-ok, i didn't own most of the games, and i create this thread for everyone to see, coz there are many out there that play N64 roms...i mean we can't stop everyone playing roms right??!!

Both of you have good points now that I look thourghoughly at it, Navilink, I see your point of view, but I also agree with Ok-Ok. The games that you listed are all available, and if you can afford it and really want to play them and enjoy them, it might be worth investigating some second-hand game stores (trust me, it is much better than emulation... unless you have an adaptoid and a Voodoo 5... )
On Ebay (last time I checked) you can get some of the games that you (navilink) listed for $1 American!!!! (Plus $5 shipping) That, is a good deal and a great way o ebnjoy these games If i ever saw one... :)

i also own all the games i play....i just find it easier to play on the computer than unplugging the ps2 (it was given to me, i wont BUY sony products, well games and then used ones) or the GC or the dreamcast to plug in the n64. but ok-ok is right, we arent supposed to talk about roms just emulators but sometimes its hard to do so.
