power cut and HD [Archive]

Today i was watching a Divx on my pc and a power cut ocurred.
Well, i waiterd some time and when i turned on the computer, i hade more 500 MB free than b4.
Ive checked my directories: my main directory is still the same size, the programs dir is the same and windows dir is the same too.
is there anyonw who can explain what happened?
does windowas has kinda a log 4 this?

500 MB :confused: Either the divx was somehow deleted (which you probably would have spotted :D) or windows is not reporting the disk size correctly. Run scandisk.

ps (at least you modem, cdr and a couple pci slots didn't blow:mad:)

Perhaps your Windoze swap file got damaged and it created a new one when you rebooted.
