Help me please

Whenever i try to load a ROM (Zelda) I get everything but the video. The sound works, the input works, i can even play for a little while without the graphics, but i am just staring at a blank screen. Can anyone help me with this please?

1) Which graphics plugin are you using?
2) What is your video card?
3) Check if your rom is a good dump

sorry, my graphics plugin is Jabo's Direct 3D7, and my Card is a
ATI Rage IIC AGP. How do i check if my rom is a bad dump?
it runs, but really slowly (2 FPS) on other emus
