I use the PJ64 1.5 and the plugins have been stated below...i get a jerky gameplay when i use sound plugin, and it was annoying. I do have 1964 v0.8.5. So which emulator and what plugins is the ULTIMATE solution to Beetle Adventure Racing?:eyespin:

I haven't played this game for quite some time, but I remember it runned fine in my old computer (which was much worse than yours) when I used Glide64 and Azimer's sound plugin.

Well I would like to ask a question? (I'm quite new in N64 emulation). Is Glide64 ONLY for Voodoo card?

Technically, it is only for a voodoo card. But you can use evoodoo to emulate a voodoo card, along with the glide64 plugin.

I wonder when a better GPU plugin than Glide64 and Jabo D3D will come out...or maybe N.E.V.E.R.

Well, TR64 OpenGL and Rice's Daedalus plugins are progressing quite nicely and very fast. icepir8 and Rice are working hard, and they are getting wonderful results. Keep an eye on these plugins.

nah, not realy lol. it was the same thing when i had my 1.4ghz celeron and r9500 combo. ran without any problems (albeit a little slower lol). ABR also ran on my old xp1800 and gf4 440mx combo without a problem.

I definatly wouldnt say it's known to run slow , mabey it just needs a slightly faster pc than some of the other lesser demanding roms.
