Graphic Lines?

I just recently switched my desktop resolution and now I have a problem, Whenever I use PSXeven it has lines going from top to bottom. How do I fix this?

I even switched my resolution back to what it was and I still get those lines.

could you post a screenshot of this? I'm not sure what you mean...

Ok I figured it out. I had my color scheme set to High Color 800x600, And it was suposed to be set at True Color 800x600.
