Wow DX9 already!
Just a question though, will it make any kinda difference on a DX8 video card? (assuming that DX9 is installed)

Thanks NickK,
Adair

You say thet DX9 is used in this version. But what excatly is DX9 that is used in this version. I mean this game "uses" DX9 but it doesn't really make a difference.

Great NickK, I just downloaded it. I'm going to give it a try w/Xeven's emu tonight. I'll let you know how it does.

It might not make a huge difference going from 8 to 9, but whatever changes they made to DirectX are going to affect how the plugin performs. DirectX 9 also seems to have some new features which I might be able to take advantage of in the future :)

The DX9 redist is only about 3MB. It should be easy to download with a download manager such as Get Right (http://www.getright.com/).

Nickk, I tried your new plugin (D3D 1.4) with the latest version of Xeven's emu, PS7 (vers. 0.12). Sadly, the plugin didn't work w/this emulator at all. It caused the emulator to stop responding. Are there any configuration settings that that you could give that might help? I'm using a radeon 9700 pro video card. Thanks.
sincerely,
sx/amiga

It works fine in ePSXe. It could be the games that you're using. Which ones did you try? If none of them work, then I'll see what's going on.

Also, try using palettized textures.
