I posted the same thing a few months ago, but seems it got lost. It would be neat to have this function PSXeven. Would it be possible even? It's such a pain not getting Akuma to do his DEMON RAGE move in the PSX SF games. It would be convenient if you could just 'program' the move in the .ini file or something.
