FF8 Boost display is missing!

I know it's kinda old, but I'm playing FFVIII again, and I've noticed that when on a battle sequence, the Boost option is not displayed :mad: You know--the button to press rapidly to power up the GF's. The problem is, the only time I can see this is when I pause the game. Any suggestions?

use ePSXe instead
i had this prob once,then i switch to ePSXe and the prob is gone

I've never had that problem before. I have had the little arrow that shows you what target you're attacking dissapear in battles though. I don't play FF8 on my PC much though. I play it on my playstation. I usually only played burned CD's on my PC. One day I rent a game, the next day I own it... life is great! ;)
