Nice stuff (nice Avatar BTW too*edit* Aww, you went and changed it... no more rotating GC :( ). One questionwhat does that "stamp", or whatever it is he is holding, say?

it's a stamp stands for "right given by the center government which allow you to watering in a thread"
watering means say noncense in you post...like: only answer"good" in every picture thread. the motive of watering is only to earn posts

a bit out of proportion, and outlines aren't too pretty, but i like it anyway, somehow ^_^ keep practicing! (study some anatomy, too)

yeah, i learned a lot about the anatomy and its proportions from classes and art books, the head should be 1/8th of the body for an average person, the neck like 1/16, the legs 1/2, the rest the torso, the hands should extend to a little below the stomach, on the head: the eyes are actually 1/2 way from the top, the hairline is a little tricky since it can change depending on length and angles, the mouth is half way between the nose and the jaw, the jaw goes up a bit as it goes back, the ears end about halfway between the mouth and nose, the ears begin near the eyebrows, theres a lot of other things you have to take into account when drawing actual proportional images, its pretty hard at first but you learn to use it subconsciously after a while, the eyes and eyebrows are the worst to draw proportionally though because both move a lot and in anime well.. the eyes are terribly oversized :p
