Today I found out that a new GBA emulator is out.... its name is "Rascalboy Advance".... seems that it is wrotten in C++ and it has been tested in almost every windows version exceting Windows XP.... as the site is in italioan, I cannot give further info about it, but if you want to find out more, then check this link (http://spazioinwind.libero.it/linoma/Lino10.htm)
the reliability of this prject is still doubtful as I have not seen any thing about it and it looks a lot like visualboy advance.... but feel free to tell something about it....

well hee goes an update.... it is juat a beta version... but it is way too god being just a beta... it also runs commercial games, sound is not good but it can be still worked on, it presents some graphic glitches but its still playable... the tropmos thing is that you cannot assign any keys, as they are predefined.... and it also does not have any filtering yet, but it still has enough to play at a decent speed... feel fre to test it... anyway, here goes some Megaman Zero shots made with Rascalboy Advance 1.0 beta (http://spazioinwind.libero.it/linoma/Lino10.htm)
PS:the advantage is that it doesn't need any bios file to run... but if you have one it can be used.... didn't run mtreoid fusioin in my PC tho... and doesn't run on winXP yet, just 98 and ME
