Well, I just installed ePSXe and it work's great but it doesn't play any FMV, each time a game goes in to a cut scene the video stuters badly and the sound becomes distorted (Chrono Cross, Einhander), also there are time when the music and sound FX slow down and then speed up. IS this common or can you guy's offer a solution to my problem? Please help :(

Try enabling fps skipping and fps limit (set it to 50 or 60). You can also try making an ISO (CD image) of the games and play them from the hard drive, which might help with the stuttering with movies. You can make an ISO with ISO Buster (http://www.smart-projects.net/isobuster/), CDRWIN (http://www.goldenhawk.com/), CloneCD (http://elby.ch/english/products/clone_cd/) and BlindRead (http://www.blindwrite.com/), among others. It would also help if you posted what plug-ins you're using and their settings.

For video I'm using: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.64
Video settings: 1024x768 / Color Depth 32bit /
Audio Plug-in: Pete's DSound Audio Driver 1.15
Sound settings: volume(low) / XA music (enabled) / Misc. (high compatibility mode) / Developer debug mode (enabled)
My computer Spec's are listed in my profile. Also, is it normal to get a "ePSXe - Unable to locate component" message every time I try to config my video or audio settings? Even though I can still acces the plug in's after disregarding the message it seem's like there's something wrong, maybe I have a corruped file

well.... it would be better if you use pete's 1.68, low down the configs (mainly resolution) and use the internal spu plugin
