I just bought the game and I tried all the settings I can...heres my setting

Plugin: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.1.67

GFX card: Radeon 9000 Pro DDR x86/MMX/3DNow!

Resolution/Color:
- 800x600 Fullscreen - Desktop changing [32 Bit]
- Keep psx aspect ratio: off

- Filtering: 4
- Hi-Res textures: off
- Palettized tex windows: on
- Garbage collection: on
- VRam size: 64 MBytes

Framerate:
- FPS limitation: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: Auto

- Framebuffer texture: 2
- Framebuffer access: 3

But somehow it doesnt work...I can see the intro FMV and on the menu when I click new game it just goes black screen from there...any one know how to make dis work?

FF9 doesn't like Framebuffer reads and moves.

and try using the d3d plugin with ati cards
