Well, i drew a comic(or if you could call it that).
Does my drawing suck, or does it r0x0rz?

should i try and make a drawing tutorial too, since i meet a lot of people who say that they want to be able to draw just as me(even though i still think myself as an artist in training). I would like the idea of making a tutorial for people. But only if would be actually used. :D

enough babbling, here's the damn comic :D

nice comic ^^ but like Kingstar said, enhance your scan a bit. that's what computers are for ^_- use gamma correction, and set it to about 0.75-0.80. the drawing will get more contrasted, and clear. or you could go over the lines with CG (i recommend Xara X (http://www.xara.com)

Heh. the artwork is FAR better than anything I would be able to do, but you are correct. You are still an artist in training.

But that is a REALLY funny comic strip, and that's where your real talent is IMO.

lol. Funny. My personal hint would be: the simpler, the better. I.e. two weird circles that talk :D

thx for the xara link, but i did the scan at my sis' place, and the graphical proggies she's got, is almost paint, so gamma is something i could not do....

you should scan the comic and work on it a little on the computer, its amazing what a difference that can make ^_^

it's about the laws of anime: Tokyo gets blown up without any good reason. time and time again.

like i said: i did the scan at my sis' place, so didn't have any good graphical tools.

... kinda.. it's his/it's foot, but mecha's tend to be big :D
u know tokyo, mecha's roam the streets all the time. I'd really like to live there :D

i was talking with jegHegy yesterday on IRC, and he said that i should start the webcomic i've got in my head. But if that doesn't happen, i'll just draw more comics that explain the laws of anime...

hmmm, not a bad idea, but i need a scanner....
