I remember this. Amusing. Although Sega/Nintendo's rivalry was more interesting for strange attacks.

Did you see Sonic BBQing Crash Bandicoot outside of E3 (or something) around the time of the Dreamcast's release? That was very interesting :)

Personally I find Microsoft's ads to be tasteless. I don't think that Xbox really has much more ability than your average sloth with a broken leg.

I hate Microsoft. Buffy was only released for X-Box and I really wanted to play that game. :(

I third the motion... Xbox price here are rather costy compare to PS2 and GC... and only few here tried using them...

its good for people who have money to waste...

Good lord...we love it how folks take these funny advertisements personally....as if someone made slurs at there mother....

Personally we enjoy these gags....we do miss the Nintendo / Sega gags.....
There are still a few....seems that even 3rd Party developers are getting into it too...Like EA and there Tazmanian Tiger game...They show interpretations of Spyro, Sonic, and Crash all injured by this characters boomerang.....nice competitive stuff

Damn Straight. It is funny, regardless of your stance on Microsoft, and its not like "OHM Y GOD HAAHAHA!!!11 MICROSOFT SURE WOPPED ON SONY!! LETS US GO BY ALL OF THEIR PRODUCT!!!11" These ads are much better than Microsoft's PR person's little speech she gave when confronted about how programmers are trying to reconfigure the Xbox ala the Dreamcast. "These people are trying to use the AWESOME SUPERIOR POWER of the Xbox becuase it is SO POWERFUL AND AWESOME, so it is natural that people would want to tap the POWER AND AWESOMENESS of the Xbox etc etc etc.."

which one??? Xbox??? they shouldn't because the term is INCOMPATIBLE to their console :D
