wich background for my sig should i choose??

i can't really decide wich one i should choose... please help me.... i decided to make a bigger one and upload it.... my old one is just too small....

edit: i also tend to the second one.... but the first one looks pretty neat with some scanlines and a nice font and stuff.... it's only about the background.... also i can colour the second one too... that's not a big deal....
