everytime i tries to change the video setting for my ePSXe, i give me an error msg saying...

"The application has failed to start because subTsgMSCD32.dll was not found" Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

can anyone explain to me what this means?

put that file in the directory where epsxe.exe is, that should help.

Or simply delete *TSG* form the plugins directory.

It's the MSCDEX CD plugin. Not used anymore.
