converting it to jpg really messed up the whole image; there are a lot of small details in the picture (especially in the background), so the JPEG artifacts really ruin it...even with small compression

it's there; but it's quite huge, and brazilian-hungarian pipelines are slow as hell, i guess

lol,...Just figured out that mu university is using a T1 instead, and guess what, it took me 30 mins to see a black incomplete image?? :D

Could some of the problems loading have to do with the use of the PNG format? I was about 25% of the way through one image when the site gave up and gave me an x instead of the image.

hungaian cats also say miau ^_^ er, btw, neither of them is scanlined, but the first one is incindentally made a progressive PNG; so seeing it scanlined means it's not downloaded fully yet, i guess x_x
