ePSXe extraction problem

Hello out there.

I am new at Playstation emulators.

When I open the "epsxe140.zip" file I do not get any folders like the ones mentioned on its website's help page.:mad:

I have all the needed files i just do not know what to do with them.:confused:

Can anyone out there help me?

uh..make the folders yourself; put the files in them...
