Morrowind uses pixel shaders to achieve such effects. I doubt your card will be able to handle it.

Sorry to all the mods. I just seen the forum for screenshots. Normally I wouldn't see any other forums other than the off topic ones, considering I don't even look at the other ones unless it's game discussion (sometimes).
