Mauros web "made" a PSX-emulator called ePSXipc which was found to be only a hack of ePSXe. About emu programing: Look into the Development forum, there are some threads about this topic.

Well, first, try to find an open source of a snes emulator. Check it out and uumh.. do something.

We all have dreams, I suggest you learn C or C++ or other Programming languages and find a open source emulator, i belive Zsnes or SNes9x is opensource and check out how its done

believe me, you'll get discouraged really soon when you see the sources ^_^ especially if it's ZSNES...it's almost pure ASM. grab an ASM or C book from the local store/library and start making some simple stuff. then you can look at some emulator sources to be discouraged again ^__^
