View Full Version : Annoying problem, please help?

I got this problem. Every time I run VGS 1.41, it just hangs. If I run the testing program before I run VGS though, VGS works fine. It's really confusing me and is becoming annoying. By the way VGS 1.4 works fine.

I've got a PII-350, 128mb ram, Cheap sound card, Win Me, Matrox Marvel G400 TV graphics card, One pioneer DVD drive, one TEAC CD Burner W512EB. All drivers have been updated and i have already reinstalled it.

Can anyone help?

May be vgs does't supports window me..........just maybe

i use winme seems to work fine....... did you try some patch youll find it at aldos website

I've tried it with and without various combinations of patches with n success. Currently I have it patched with 501XX's FF9 15a patch.

that may be the reason...do you have the prob before you patch it?

I've had the problem from the moment I upgraded from 1.4 to 1.41.

then uninstall it reinstall it erase the temp file it makes and if u have the 1.4 official cd then reinstall it. if its a demo its not worth it. if its a hacked craced 1.4 exe and u upgraded it and u dont have the original (hacked exe) i do if u need it. i love vgs and it rules. ill help out im not an admin but i love psx emus. l8r

Giving me a copy of VGS would be illegal and the admins will probably come down on you like the wrath of god now. I have a legal copy of VGS. I have already tried this. I've uninstalled, deleted the temp file, cleaned out the registry and i still get the same problem. Thaknz anyway, i'll close this thread now as no one can seem to help me.

why. anyway myemu isnt hacked its from aldostools allowing me to play ona p4 its kinda hacked because the official emu doesnt work at all on a p4, im glad u think theyd be hard on me, i tried helping u offering u my copy. i did nothing wrong, so my wording was off to u. ioops, ive posted alot before admins will understand get off the high horse and someone will help u its just so damn early oin tha mornin all the other opinions will come in the morningand day let em wake up giove em patients seeya....admin? sorry bout the confu.

Sorry, I even helped you on your P4 post. Oh man i'm sorry. I completely forgot. I shouldn't have assumed you had a hacked version. I should have read what you had written better.

no prob i so wanna stay on these forums and i wanna stay i will watch my wording in the future all is goodman. im sorry too maybe the admins will help us answer our probs

The problem is NERO!!!

But since NERO is a very important program, I'm sure that you will not uninstall it to get VGS working directly.

Just make it as you used to make it: run the tester and then run VGS :cool:

Thankz, I'll remove Nero and see if that fixes. If it does, I'll reinstall Nero anyway, cause your right, and there is no way I'm dumping Nero for any other program.
