Everything plays in ffwd

I am usinf EPSXE. It seems to run, but all the FMV's run in fast forward (sound like the chipmunks and looks like everyone is on crack). I am using Pete Open GL plugin for my geforce 3 Videocard. THe default sound plugins (I have tested all the others too).

Does anyone have any thoughts as to how I can fix this.

Try this FPS limiting config:

use the frame limit option in Pete's plugin

Maybe u're using Pete's "Pc fps calculation" in game fixes?? If so, turn it off if u since it messes up the mdecs in the same way u've described. Hope that helps :)
