I'm stuck at the point on the game where the big "spider thing chases you." After you fight him once the screen goes black and epsxe locks up. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find a saved game at the first save point right near where you first enter the city. I want this so I can skip the whole spider sequence.

The memcard tools don't work

Can you play the game and get passed the spider for me PLEASE:emb: If you can then after the spider chases you through the streets, save right out side the beach. Then send the save file to me.

Ummm I would check your system out first.
I was able to play that part using Kazzuya's soft GPU and other goofy stuff and get past the MX-XXX thing that chases you after the communication tower. Unless it's a different critter.

I suggest you post your Hardware and Software specs along with the configuration information what GPU's etc.

If you are crashing at THIS point you will be crashing ALL througout the game so it's better to get your configuration stable than 'get by' this very early part of the game.

Post some information people might have a suggestion that works more importantly you'll be able to KEEP the game playing so you'll enjoy it more and not need help to get past the next crash. :)

I tried Kazzuya's gpu it crashes even before the end of the battle.

As for my specs I don't know much about this stuff.
All I know is this:
Im using
-Windows ME
- My computer is a Gateway
-It has about 20 gigabyte memory
-Im using Pete's Open GL gpu
-Enternal SPU plugin 1.30
-SaPu cdrom plugin 1.0
- and of course epsxe

1: Try windowed mode.
2: Be sure the bits per pixel are the SAME as the desktop. Always a good idea.
3: upgrade to 1.1.64 version of Pete's plugins.
4: Try the D3d Version
5: be sure you have the latest drivers available from NVidia.
