Final Fantasy 8 problems

The battles in ff8 are going way to fast! What do I do?:eyes:

I tried to mess with the fps limit thinking that would help but then the rest of the game is way to slow.

enable fps limit and check auto-detect FPS/frame skipping limit or
check FPS and put in 60 FPS
and what are your pc specs?
