im currently using pete's D3D 1.64 driver and i have the settings set to "Fast"

when im on the highwind cockpit screen, lots of garbage and cluttered stuff start flashing across the screen incessantly and is really annoying. this also happens in Yuffie's hometown. this tends to happen in other areas as well, but nowhere near as much. also, when im on the overworld screen and flying around in the highwind, many parts of the world are missing. i dont get any graphical glitches whatsoever when using petes OPENGL 1.64 driver but my framerate stuffs up constantly

also, the music stops whenever i enter a new area and sounds distorted. i use spu eternal plugin.

It's your graphics card.. Update your drivers and see if it helps.. For older video cards like yours, it's probably better to use petes dx6 d3d gpu plugin..

Or even a software driver like Peops...
