Xenogears FMV prob

near the beginning of the game, in the FMV where young fei is seeing the people walking in the desert, just as he hollers "WAIT!!" the game locks and (sometimes) restarts the FMV sequence. Ive tried a bunch of different video settings, etc. Ideas?

Could you post your pc specs and the plugins you are using? The most compatible are pete's ogl 1.64 and eternal spu 1.3.Try making an iso of the game and see if it still locks
