Well basically, the sound doesn't sync with the arrows so its almost impossible to get a good score.

PIII600
Geforce 1 32mb
Windows XP
128 ram
Using ISO
Aureal Vortex 2 blah.

Epsxe Sound: all options enabled except XA sound (I tried Eternal's GPU, doesn't work..)

Try messing with the "Audio out method" options in Eternal...
And maybe try Eternal Lite for a speed increase as well..
