when i put nba live 2001 into the drive it opens up but then the screen is just black!! nothing happens!!!


p.s. the game is burned

assuming you have the original game, try to run the original cd first and see if the problem exists. if it doesn't you prolly have a bad copy.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX? I think it's 8.1...

That has nothing to do with the problem. The CD-ROM plugin is not initializing the game correctly.

Maybe if you had the origional CD, you wouldn't be so desperate on getting it to work :nono:
