What plugins for Chrono Cross sound?

Hi,

I'm running Chross Cross as an ISO file using the latest ePSXe using Pete's OpenGL v1.63 and eternal spu v1.3. I can play the game but the sound messes up only on the cinematics. For instance, the intro movie plays but the sounds are warbled and stuttery. Do i have to change some settings (and if so, what?) or do i have to use some other spu plugin? (if so, which one?)

help would be appreciated

BTW,

in the settings for eternal v1.3, i've already checked the box for square soft game fix.

Im quite sure that happens cause you have enabled the spu irq fix at the configure-sound screen.Try disabling it

bositman is right. This problem is caused when "Enable SPU IRQ Fix" is checked under ePSXe's main sound config window. Disable it and the sound will be fine in MDECs.
