Overlapping writing

in digimon world the writing just overlaps itself how do i fix it?

o yeah i'm using the following plugins:

petes d3d driver 1.62
epsxe spu core 1.5.2.
epsxe cdr aspi core 1.5.2.

o 1 more thing how do i speed the games up? or is it my computer and i have to live with it?

You've given us very little information to go on. Your computer specs and the plugin settings might help.

As for speeding games up, you can try:

1) running the game from an iso image
2) lowering resolution etc (ie press the fast button on pete's plugin)
3) Disabling sound
