When I tried to play Soul Blade in ePSXe 1.5.2, the intro plays perfectly, but when i get to choose the arcade option, the ePSXe just quit and there's a message:
ePSXe (error) recompile block too large
This happened everytime i wanna play it in arcade, vs and every other options.
The game is US/NTSC and i'm using bios 7502, Pete's DX6 D3D, Eternal SPU 1.3.0, cd rom ePSXe core in Windows 2000. I'm running it in Windows 2000. All the sound settings are enabled. And i'm using .nrg (nero format) in the image game. So, does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Moved.
I used to get random crashes in Soul Blade too.
May be related to the bios, try another one.

Hmm. I had problems if the Framebuffer reads and moves option was on. Try playing with the framebuffer access settings.
