whenever im playing a game and i beat the first level ( tenchu 2 or syphon filter 3) the game locks up.. is this because i configured it bad or is it a glitch??

both games should work.... try posting the pc specs and the plugin that you are using with the configuration

IIRC both games require the shortdma fix to be enabled in the gpu's special game fixes. As you haven't specified you plugin settings I can't elaborate any further, except to say that this is now automatic in pete's 1.63 plugins, so if you use pete's plugins I suggest you update to these if you haven't already.
